Global Chat is an area where every Summoner, except those who have disabled Chat, can talk. Players are notable for recruiting for their Alliances, asking to join an Alliance, or posting hacks for the game in Global Chat.
As opposed to Alliance Chat, everyone can see what is said in Global Chat.
