Mastery

Mastery points are points that increase things like a Champion's Attack, Defense, and Utility rewards. They were initially introduced along with Update 3.0 (with Class-specific Masteries coming in Update 4.0 and Alliance Quest-specific Masteries in Update 5.0), and Mastery points are given to Summoners Level 6 and onward; one point per level-up.

Increase the Critical Rate of all Champions by 0.5%.

Increase the Critical Rate of all Champions by 2.0%.

Rapid mutagenesis closes Bleed wounds in your Mutant Champions 0.5 second(s) faster than non-Mutants.

Increase the Attack of all Champions by 2.4%, but decrease their maximum Health by 2.4%.
Recoil Glass Cannon Rank 1,
Summoner Level 18
(This Mastery must be unlocked with 1 Carbonadium Mastery Core.)
Increase Special Attack damage for all Champions by 10.0%, but they sacrifice 5.0% Health for each activation.
Liquid Courage Recoil Rank 1,
Summoner Level 20
(This Mastery must be unlocked with 1 Carbonadium Mastery Core.)
Increase the Attack of all Champions by 10.0%, but they suffer an eternal Poison that drains 1.0% Health each second.
Double Edge Recoil Rank 1,

Increase the Attack of all Champions by 10.0, but up to 10.0% Health is lost by Bleeding over 10.0 seconds.

Debuffs applied to enemies reduce their healing and Regeneration effects by 5.0% each.
Deep Wounds Despair Rank 1,

Bleed your Champions inflict lasts 0.5s longer. If they have more Health Points than their target, their Bleed instantly strikes down an additional 0.2% max Health from enemies.
Assassin Deep Wounds Rank 1,

Against enemies below 18% Health, your Champions gain 20.0% Attack and decrease enemies' defensive Ability Accuracy by 12.0%. If enemies start the fight below 18%, your Champions also gain 30% offensive Ability Accuracy.
Unfazed Despair Rank 1,

When an enemy Evades, your Champions have a 17.0% chance to stack +10.0% Critical Damage for their next Critical Hit and become Unstoppable for 1.0 second(s).

The Defense Mastery Tree was introduced in Update 3.0.

Increase the amount of Health your Champions recover by 5.0% from all sources.
Energy Resistance Summoner Level 11,
Greater Vitality Rank 1
Increase Resistance against Energy damage by 1.0% for all Champions.
Physical Resistance Summoner Level 10,

Increase Resistance against Physical damage by 1.0% for all Champions.
Block Proficiency Summoner Level 9,
Greater Vitality Rank 1
Increase the Block Proficiency of your Champions by 2.0%.
Perfect Block Summoner Level 10,
Block Proficiency Rank 1
While Blocking, your Champions have a 1.0% chance to perform a Perfect Block.
Stand Your Ground Summoner Level 11,

While Blocking, your Champions have a 17.0% chance to resist a Block Break.

Retrofit Tech Champions with a field that inhibits enemy Power Gain by 4.0%.

For each new type of detrimental effect your Champions suffer, they regenerate 0.5% Health per second and gain +2.0% Armor until that effect expires. No effect on robots.

Decrease the effectiveness of enemy Bleed effects, reducing their damage by 10.0%.

Reduce the duration of enemy Bleed effects by 10.0%.
Inequity Willpower Rank 1,

Contact with Physical Attacks resonates in enemies, reducing their Attack by 7.0% for 7.0 seconds.

The Utility Mastery Tree was introduced in Update 4.0.

Summoner Level 12
When your Champions inflict Stun, they also reduce enemy ability triggers by 10.0% for the duration of the Stun.
Dexterity Summoner Level 10,

Evade all attacks while Dodging back. Dodging an attack in this way grants +10.0% Critical Rate for your next attack.
